Quotes are provided based on a thorough assessment of project scope, materials, and labor requirements. Quote Validity All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Pricing may be subject to adjustment due to material cost fluctuations or changes in project scope. Each quote includes: - Detailed description of services to be performed - Material specifications (e.g., 5" or 6" K-style aluminum gutters) - Estimated timeline for completion - All in one Labor and installation costs - Applicable taxes and disposal fees (if any) Additional services such as underground gutter systems, fascia/soffit installation, leaf filter systems, and repairs will be itemized separately. - A deposit may be required to secure colored materials other than (white, black, brown) - Full payment is due upon project completion - Accepted payment methods: [cash or check, credit card, ACH] T&J Seamless Gutters and General Construction is fully licensed and insured.
